Had a look around the forum and other places but not many posts with pictures. Just wondering if anyone is able to confirm whether it’s distemper?
I tried to get it off with hot water but it seems to be scratching the plaster underneath.
I’m not getting a really bad smell (although it does smell a bit odd) that people have mentioned as well.
It was powdery before but I’ve wet it and let it dry since and it doesn’t seem to be as powdery anymore.
Just wondering if I’m wasting my time trying to get it all off instead of sealing the wall and filling over it?
