All
rather than changing my tiles in the kitchen, I debated to paint them black gloss, then with a white grout pen go over the old grout to brighten it up.
I've been advised against it, and I've read other experiences online that it looks like a bodge job and noticeable. (I was going to use a gloss roller!)
then I thought about just using plastic splashbacks to cover the kitchen (so adhering it to the tiles)
not the thick kind you put behind the hob, but a thin piece of plastic, that come in sheets with a design/pattern on it, and stick it on top of the tile.
can any recommend if such a technique exists? if so, where can I find such things please
or should I just spend the money and retile?
Cheers
