Crack below coving

Hi all

I'm decorating my lounge and there are the typical crack between the coving and walls, also the skirting and walls. Nothing major some hairline and others about 1 or 2 mm.

What's the best way to treat these?

This is what caulk is for.

Caulk doesn't set hard. It will, eventually, crack, but so will anything else.
