Hello, I've taken a lintel out from over the downstairs toilet door as I wanted to knock the shower room and toilet into one. This would give a smooth ceiling. However, having taken the bricks out above it to ceiling height, the wall above has developed an unsightly crack around 1.5 m long and around an inch deep. What can I use to fill this?

Sorry, just checked, the crack is around 2meters long and about 2 inches deep.
