They are absolute crap,,, not cheap either. Most of these types of rollers nowadays ruin the paintwork with the bits/fluff etc that come out of them. I usually give them a good soak in a bucket, and spin them out 2 or 3 times. I then start painting on a wall/area that's out of the way a bit, before using the roller on the main walls. You shouldn't have to do that. They brag about brushes that don't shed bristles, but sell these ****ing fibre shedding rollers that ruin a job. With the odd bristle, at least you can remove it, but when you've got a finished painted wall, covered with roller fibres, you're nacked. Rant over!!
