Creaking noise on patio door rollers

Sounds like there may be some grit in the rollers. Is there an easy way to cure this please? Apart from taking the door off I mean?

Copious amounts of WD40 and try and flush away any grit, it could however be failed ball bearings which could sound the same I guess
