Thinking of purchasing a creative soundblaster 5.1 sound card but have heard of problems loading drivers in vista, I had one in my old computer and found it brilliant obviously with a different operating system. checked creatives web site and forums, hence my post.
I have a Philips freevents HEPC 8512 Intel core 2 quad with ECS G33T-AM motherboard, the Realtek ALC 888 is integrated.
Can anyone reccommend a vista friendly Creative soundblaster card which they have in their system, preferably with a mic input.
Any advice would be truly appreciated.
