I almost feel embarrased posting this but I need help.

I have this washing machine, my landlord put it in when I moved in, anyway, when it goes through the cycle the water is still left in the drum when the wash has finished.

I spoke to my landlord and he told me to check the filter which afterwards appeared an obvious solution, only thing is, I can't find the filter.

On my previous one there was a little square door on the front which had the filter behind it but I cant find it on this one

Can someone help (oh and I have checked the back and no door)

Thanks

Jamie

Alot of them dont have a removable filter. Probably so all the coins & fluff get caught in the pump and you have to call an engineer out!

Filter is at the back.Take bottom rear panel off.You should see The hose from the drum coming down from the drum in the middle as you look at it which leads to the pump. You need corbin pliers or something that can squeeze the corbin clip that holds the hose to the drum.Pull the hose off and inside is the filter.
Other possible places for blockages are the pump and connection where your drain hose joins the plumbing.
