Creda 1000 supaspeed - will not start

Hi, My creda 1000 supaspeed (not sure of the model) washing machine stopped working mid way through the final rinses and now will not turn again. I took the top off and was able to release the door from inside but i noticed a black wire has come loose.

I can't see how to get into that area (around door hatch) to reattach it or where it would go.

At present there's simply no response from the machine at all.

Any help would be appreciated.

thats the neutral wire off the door lock .undo the 2 screw on the door lock and pull lock upwards to the top it goes on the lock.
