Creda programme sticking

I have a Creda 1000 washing machine, few days back it stopped washing properly. It wont finish a programme and when i open the door all the clothes are soaked through and covered in conditioner, you can hear the programmer clicking, but seems to get as far as 'RINSE' and then it sticks there, even when i click it round/onto next cycle manually nothing happens.

Any ideas?! Thanks.

it "sticks" becuse it is waiting for it to be filled with cold water, but as conditioner is on the clothes , i would say its the cold fill valve that is at fault (though it is worth checking the cold fill pipe)

there's definately water in and out, but the drum didn't turn once and i can't hear the motor?
