Creda T622cw tumble dryer

Can anyone help, I have changed the thermostat and the heating element but still my tumble dryer has still only cold air. I am running out of ideas and places to dry my washing!!

did you check the heater and stats before you replaced them where they faulty

Was told that if it wasn't stats then would be the heater, so when we replaced the stats and still no joy, I replaced heating and still nothing.

you need to check continuity on the stats cos you may have pressed the stat in and popped it ,then check continuity on the heater if thats ok you have a broken live from heater to timer ,its not uncommon for the timer to be knackered

If heater and stats check out ok,there is another stat at the front at the top with door open,check this as well.

It was the stat at the front that was the problem. Thanks
