SWMBO chose the tiles for the en-suite, white tiles (OK) but a feature row of 50*200 glass tiles.

Now what is the best way of cutting glass tiles, did one corner last night and the glass has not snapped square front to back so the edge looks odd (ungrouted).

Does the grout hide this (by stopping the light getting to the edge or do I need to try a different cutting method (used score and snap).

I have never invested in a wet saw but do I need one for these?

You will certainly need a wet cutter with a good glass specific blade.
plasplugs cutters can be had for around £30 with a reasonable glass blade about £12.

Make sure you file sharp edges with a diamond file, as these can be razor sharp. Also use white adhesive and aim for 100% coverage to avoid trowel lines showing through.

Glass tiles are a real pain for showing up bad & dodgy cutting so take your time!

The tiles have a thin plastic film on the back that introduces the colour so no issue with float marks (so far).

Grouted that area and still did not look right so out it came.

Tried again and it cut evenly so looks fine now.
