I am currently fitting a new toilet...to do this i am having to reroute the water supply as the old toilet's supply came into it from the side and my new close coupled toilet is underneath...my problem is what is the best way to cut the pipe to add the 15mm tee connection...beacuase its so close to the wall i can't get the little pipe cutter around it....would i get away with a hacksaw????

you will but it needs de burring and also it must be cut level.

why not get one of them small round pipe cutters?

ive got the smallest one i could find but the pipes are close together and close to the wall...so i cant get around the pipe full circle....just wondered if there was anyway a plumber would get around it?
