Damaged Floor Tiles

Can anybody point me in the right direction about what may be the problem with my conservatory floor and how I go about fixing it. Started off as a small hairline crack but it's now 4/5 tiles. Thanks

Floor movement or insufficient strength to prevent movement, take one up and see if there is a join below crack line.What's the sub floor?

can also happen if the tiles have been dot\dabbed. what kind of subfloor have they been laid on and how long ago?
