Damp issues

Hi all.

Had some longstanding damp issues and wanting to try and get it sorted once and for all, who would I need to get out to try and diagnose what's going on would it be a builder? Damp specialist? Anyone you would recommend in northern Ireland?

I'm pretty sure it condensation related however I've realised it could be a list of things, badly installed loft installation, leaks, guttering, rising damp etc. etc.

Damp survey company required.
You can do the basics though..
Plastic over and if wet under is wet wall. Condensation plastic surface means humidity.
