Damp patch on internal party wall

Forgot to mention the damp patch is to the right of the window as you look at it from the outside, so not near the crack that comes down diagonally from the roof to the top of the window. It is on the other side, near the neighbour’s boiler vent.

Update: We have a damp investigation scheduled for early Feb (no earlier date was available...) but the damp patch is now drying up! I imagine this means it is to do with condensation or water penetration via the roof/external wall? Rather than leak?

There is no tile overhang . This will encourage ingress into the wall . And no doubt behind the render. Not ideal

Do you happen to know how much it would cost to fix this, and how long? What options do we have? Just to get an idea. Thanks a lot!
