Hi all, sorry if this is the wrong place to post, but I have a problem that has been ongoing since last winter and appears to be getting worse so I need to try and get it sorted.
Last winter I noticed that the plaster at the corner of my rear patio door had a small damp patch. It was nothing major, and I just put it down to condensation, which I now think may not be the case. Through the summer, there was no problem, but now we have started getting more damp weather, the problem has reappeared (albeit much worse than last year).
These are photos of inside and outside - it almost appears that the brick above the DPC is soaking wet - any idea what the problem could be, and how I can sort it please?
Thanks
Jon
