hi all,
job i'm looking at mo is house next to road. the road is slopping up past the house. the tarmac is layed right up to the house about 2 foot above where the damp coarse should be. the house is very damp at this point inside. i was going to dig a trench in the road up against the house down to below the damp coarse. i've heard of a bitumastic self adisive damp proof membrane that you stick to the wall, then backfill and re tarmac. has anyone used this product and where can you get it from.

cheers diggerjones

The one that comes to mind is "Bituthene". It's a self adhesive roll. It has to be applied to a clean dry primed surface. .........

Snap!! DAZB  Great minds think alike...

Roughcaster.
