Danfoss TP5000si Programmable Room Thermostat

Good Evening

I was wondering if someone could help me ?

I currently have 2 zones in my central heating system which are each controlled by a Danfoss TP5000si programmable room thermostat.

I would like to remove one of these temporarily while we are decorating and wondered if it was safe to connect the both of the switched lives into one stat so that both zones operated on the single stat ?
