DB loss through a fire door

I am installing a sounder (98db@1m) outside a room 0.6m from the door to the room.

I need to calculate the db at the bedhead in the room, 4 to 5 meters from the door.

Can anyone please help?

As breezer said buy a sound level meter relatively in expensive 40 pound or so from maplin last time I checked. There are too many variables involved to just take a guess at sound levels
