Decking joist spacing

Hi all

Having a go at doing some decking in my garden I have made my frame and it is 3.8m long could you give me some advice on how far apart the joists should be I know the norm is 400mm centres

If grade C16 timber is used then the joist should be 38x220 at 400 centres for a 3.8m span (or 47x195).
