Delta Shower Problem

Changed out the hot water heater, same connections as before. Now, no cold water. everythingis hot on cold and hot taps. This is in the shower only. Rest of the faucets work fine. What am I overlooking?

So is it only an issue on the shower valve and not the bath taps.
The Delta Shower Valve does have a temp adjuster on it.
