Anyone know where the website is to download a copy of how to do the replacement of the shower cartridge ? Shower installed about 18months ago and still under guarantee but shower not getting hot enough. Replacement cartridge sent to customer via post but no fitting instructions. I have tried to take it apart but it looks to me like the wromg replacement valve. I am a plumber and think it is a con that some of the manufacturers are now only offering replacement parts only with no labour. Any websites for shower diagrams please?
