Is it possible to lower the LPM that will trigger the sensor to start the burner ? Or are all sensors fixed to a certain flow rate ? I want to install a 1.9LPM restrictor on a tap but worry it might not trigger the burner. This is for a combi boiler which needs about 1.9-2LPM to trigger.

Try it (as in open the tap a bit, run it into a jug to check delivery rate, open it a bit more, check delivery rate, repeat til you hit 2l/min), see if it gets hot and stays hot.
The other option would be to enable the CombiPlus option (if it was fitted).
