DHW working but CH don't

Hi it is my first time in this forum, please help if anybody can.

I have a Ferroli Medina 102 Combi which fired and give hot water when I start the tap. But the CH is not working, I put the programmer to I-Continuous heating position. I tried reset but nothing helped. There is no seperate room thermostate. It seems like it is not getting demand for CH! The boiler was off for 1 month before it was perfectly fine. Now, I do not know what to do.

Is that a better Ideal boiler, cos to be honest they have left me suspicious
of their reliability.

What KW do they come in also ?
