i have a fault with the grill on this, comes on ok but still sparks, then overheats when on for short period. i've checked the overheat stat and getting continuity thru it, checked the fan and get 240v on the white wire to earth, fan turning very slowly, is the fan gubbed or am i missing something? ta in advance.
