I hope some one can help. I have an 18 month old ADP8332.
On start up it seems to drain, then intake water the after about 20 secs
starts beeping with an FA code in the display, the led flashes 11 times. I have spoke to the 'support' people who firstly said they did have a record of 11 flashes but insist i need an engineer £90 + Parts.
One thing I have noticed after stick my head in, is that on the inside top panel there is a hole approx 2" with what looks like to be a plastic screw thread? should there be a hole there or is something missing (sorry bout my lack of knowledge). I just want to know if its time to buy another one?
