We have a Bosch built in dishwaser that is currently making most of the cups and dishes dirty, i.e. you can put a clean glass in and it will, more often than note, come out with a crusty dirty coating on it.

I have already cleaned the filters in the floor of the dishwasher (the residual water is cleanish), cleaned the rotating nozzle things and also removed the pump cover in the floor of the dishwasher and ensured that there is nothing obstructing it.

We have used dishwasher cleaner, checked the salt and tried various brand of rince aid.

Still no luck.

I see from previous posts that there may be a second pump that you can access if you take the dishwasher out and remove the base tray.

Is this what I should try next (if so a few pointer would be great) or is there something else I should try first?

Thanks for any advice!
