Hi all , i've just taken up walking on treadmill. trying to do at least 20mins a day walking on it if i can - this is from zero excercising , my daughter had a treadmill left in her house by previous owners and didnt use it so she has given it to me.
only walking at 1.8kph at moment for 20mins a day at the moment to start off with (thatwill seem like a joke i suppose to seasoned runners/walkers lol)
I rest my mobile phone on the ledge of the handlebars next to the built in computer screen. - but i am getting different data from the inbuilt treadmill computer compared to my fitness watch details (huawei Band 9) so i dont know what to treat as the most accurate.

So - Computer said I had covered 0.59km's - watch said I had covered 2.04Km's
Computer said I burned 42.1 calories - Watch said I covered 105.
Treadmill said I done 1617 steps - Watch said I had walked 2,124 Steps.
Who would i be better off believing?
