Hi there,

faily new to the trade and just had a customer call, wanting a dishwasher plumbing in.

The problem is it's not near an external wall and the sink is at the other end of the room, to where the dishwasher wants to be.

Just wondered if there were any other options other than pulling up floor boards and routing another waste pipe somewhere?

Any comments/advise welcome
cheers

its a simple as it looks.

u need waste to go away down a drain.

some positions will allow this and other wont. u have to advise the customer.

if it has to go around the room then either onn the wall (if hidden by cupboards) or under floor boards if u can get the fall ( and consider future maintanence access)

Methinks to where the customer wants the dishwasher to be. Convince the customer that the dishwasher has spoken to you in a dream, and it says it would like to be beside its best mate, the sink.....otherwise tell them it'll cost about £1000 to put a saniflow in once the sparky has taken the P. (Part P that is)
