We have a gravity fed system and hot water pressure coming out of the kitchen tap is fine as standard, but I fitted one of those swivel aerators that water companies provide for free/are on Amazon etc. but it makes the hot water pressure even lower.

I really like the swivel/spray function so was just wondering if a similar thing exists that doesn't reduce water pressure or is that just how they work? Will there be something removable inside it?

All aerating nozzles can restrict the flow, it's just how they're made/work. Wouldn't be so noticeable on a mains system but certainly can on a gravity system, to varying degrees, depending on the available head.
