Do they still make single glazed windows?

I have a project where I am going to install 2 windows and one side door in a domestic garage that is not even heated. So I thought I would buy cheap single glazed windows, problably with some simple frame in PVC or wood but I cannot find them.
Do they still make them single glazed and, even if I found them, would there be any real saving?

It will be just as cheap to buy double glazed upvc, not seen single glazed upvc in years and timber would probaly cost more than plastic, upvc back door ££350, garage window about £150

For a garage you could make them yourself, just a timber frame sitting on a sill which can be purchased.
