Many years ago I used to - I used ready mixed products.
Just be careful when you start searching for suitable products - a lot tend to be used for the production of less than legal plants!

I grow chillies in coco coir and use canna pre mixed nutrients With great results. If you have a local hydro shop go and ccheck it out. The guys in most of these places are really helpful.
