Does anyone know the correct name and/or where to buy this?

here is a picture of a toolbox latch but i need to know the proper name and where to purchase some similar latches for a upcoming university project!

They are called Draw Bolt Latches or Toggle and Plate Latches.

B&Q stock these:

Toggle & Plate
