Yes and no.
Weight is the product of gravity on the mass. The mass - all the molecules if you like, are the same whatever the temperature and whatever the state - solid liquid or gas. SO yes, the weight is the same - but it takes up more space depending...
But you probably meant density? Of the liquid?
Water expands by about 4% between maximum density (at 4 Celcius which I could explian but...) and 100 C. Then it expands by a factor of 1600 to become gas , also at 100C.
