Door handle that reverses movement available?

er, I'd better explain . . .

I just fitted an escape lock and had to reverse the catch as door was swinging the other way. Now realise this means that the door handle on the inside (that releases both the catch and the bolt if door locked) has to be lifted up to work . . . any way around this?
