door letting in a draft - solution?

hi my front door lets in a draft underneath and slightly around one of the edges (the oposite side to the hindges)

how can i try to prevent this or limit it as much as possible? i live in a house conversion upstairs and it gets really cold from the draft.

someone has actually slotted a thin letter under our door before the gap is too big.

You live in a flat? then apply door seal to exterior of door frame and door brush to base of door internally.

well, its a house conversion. we have a "normal" front door lets say. then it leads upstairs to our living area.
