I've got a query regarding Mastic/Sealer that I hope someone could help me with.
I've just sealed around a new door and frame. I used Unibond Door and Window sealer coloured brown. I was surprised to find that the consistency of it was a lot thinner than I was expecting. Not having the steadiest hands in the world I find if the sealer is abit thicker I get a better job.
Does anybody know if other brands vary in the consistency. I've got another door to do and would try another brand to get a better job.
Anybody got any recommendations?
Would putting the sealer somewhere cooler a hour or so before using it help to thicken it up?
