Double bowl sink trap leak

We have one of those 1.5 sinks with a small bowl. There's been a leak from under the sink and I think it's coming from the trap:

The two sink traps seem to be sealed okay but the appliance port is open and this is where it seems to leak from. I've worked out there was probably a dishwasher in the kitchen that was removed when the sellers moved so imagine it was connected to this.

How do I block off the port properly? Or do I try and find a suitable trap/waste without the port?

Check the size but you need something like this

You could always buy a cheap trap/spigot and use the blanking plug out of it.
