Drain plug in copper waste bend leaking!

Nah - it's a shallow seal trap tafted into the lead. Now if it was all lead, wiped nicely with a puff pipe going outside too, that would be worth keeping ;)

Thanks for the replies,
Lower, thanks for the help on the soldering, I'm going to give this a go on the small holes and then the plug. I'm ntrying to get a new plug which may solve this but the pipe must be in a bit of a state to have these small holes and no doubt there may be more.

You may find that there's nothing left of the metal round the pinholes when you come to solder. If so, make a copper patch from a bit of copper pipe, hammer it to shape and solder that on.
