Afternoon all

Have a client I'm doing the Building Regs drawings for, therefore will be doing a drainage layout but I'm a bit stumped (the house is a 1950's detached bungalow on a cul-de-sac).

Been to the house and can't find any MH's whatsoever, not one on site at all. All the drainage is at one side of the house, there's cross falls on the site also so it's fairly obvious where the MH 'should be' but can't see anything at all.

Been onto the local water authority (Yorks Water) and they only have record of the main combined sewer on the road to the frontage of the property.

Only suggestion I've had is put a camera down to locate the runs or check the title deeds as they may have a plan with drainage runs shown?

Any ideas at all here? I'm struggling

Very unusual for there to be no manholes, have you checked neighbouring property? Metal detector may find a buried cover, but that assumes there is a cover to find!

Camera could go in the soil connection for W.C. but best bet may be tracing equipment to mark out the run.
