Draining Boiler MateII

I have just moved to a new house that has a Boiler MateII feeding the central heating and hot water. I need to move a radiator but to do this I need to drain the system. With my old system all I needed to do was isolate the header tank and drain off from a downstairs rad, since the Boiler Mate does not have a header tank I,m not sure how to drain and recharge.
Can anyone help.

Turn off the cold mains supply and drain down same way as you did before.
