My kitchen window is letting in an awful lot of draught, it seems to be tightly closed at the bottom but doesn't seem to seal correctly at the top.
This is not under warranty anymore. How do I go about fixing it, please.

Need more info on type,is it wood or upvc and top hung etc...

Hi it's a upvc window, side hung, hinges on top and bottom.

Okay, either the seal is worn (flat)if not the top hinge is to far in toward the frame. You can adjust the hinge outward slightly depending your type if it will allow it.If not you can re-new the seal.

Thank you, the seal seems to be ok, so will try to adjust hinge if it's possible.
