Then a rope slide is what you need my friend.

The most successful fisherman in my local angling club dangles himself mid canal from a rope slide wearing nothing but a harness, thigh high leather boots with a HUNORMOUS feather stuck up his jackside to keep him pointing into wind. His record is the 2ton Pike that is known locally as 'Harry'.

I could sell you a bridge. It is steel-framed with ornamental stone cladding. It's second-hand now so I would consider offers in the region of £40,000,000.

Counterweighted lifting system is currently electrically operated but could probably be converted back to earlier hydraulic (high-pressure water) system if you have suitable pumps (not included), or original coal-fired engines.
