I am thinking of buying a Dremel 4000 or possibly simlar product by Proxxon. Both being pro quality, cost around £100.
Initially I'll be using it for polishing the pipework and fittings etc of a vintage diesel engine where it will get into tight corners and hopefully have enough torque for polishing duties (?)
Based on what I've picked up so far it will soon get other work.

Has anyone here used such a tool for similar work?

Is the cheap Aldi equivalent a viable alterenative?
- I have found some of their tools very good, especially considering the price.

Thanks
