trying to drill into pre fab concrete panel wall . concrete full of pebbles making it impossible to drill . anyone got any ideas how to drill successfully any special drill bits i have to use etc any help much appreciated

You will need a drill with hammer action.
This thumps the drill bit into the concrete at the same time as turning it.
You need a masonry drill bit - this has a hardened tip for stone/concrete.
You also need to apply controlled pressure if the concrete is really hard.
Hammer action drills can be cordless, but most are corded. Cheap ones should do the job, but won't take much abuse, more expensive ones use a SDS type bits, and will work more efficiently and last longer.
