Hi

I've brought a bath but it has no tap holes. Whats the best tool to use to drill a tap hole? I'm worried about the bath chipping/splitting.

Could i use a regular hole cutting drill bit or would that damage the bath?

thanks for the response! Luckily its only a £200 bath, i suppose not dirt cheap, but if i mess up, i'll be installing the bathroom for free!

Rather then use masking tape, could i not use gas tape? You see i was given a few rolls of sticky gas tape, but its out of date by 1 year! its tougher then masking tape. Or is Masking tape a must??
