drip from spindle/pin diaphragm chamber

Hi guys
My Potterton Performa 24 is dripping from the pin that triggers the microswitch. Would this be the o-ring or sth else? FWIW, i changed the diaphragm a couple of yrs ago, but nothing else.

you can get a new dpram and get a new front seal with it as a service kit
