hi

for the last ten days my combi boiler has leaked, permanent bowl underneath, have cover with bg, they have been to me 3 times still dripping, they think condenser is freezing but they are not sure, i am at the point of madness and would be grateful for some advice, the boiler is an isar he30 and is 2 yrs old.

get bg out again - it's up to them to fix it under the terms of the contract.

OH god unlucky you, been already to two isar's this week fairly common that the massive heat exchanger leaks!, lets hope its not that.

i can beat you i've had 2 isars and 1 m3080and 3 icos this week freeze their condense pipes and back fill until leaking from combustion chamber
its a very common problem.... at least with worcester boilers they dont lk just get very noisy and cut out when they fill up .....
...i do love working for bg when its freezing..

BG not heard of waterproof lagging :?: You can get whole sheets of latex ..some people use it to waterproof pipes that Have to run outside . I use mine for something else  . Glad you love working for BG .Ilove reading about their incompetence

Good luck, we had them out 11 times at the start of the year for a leak too. Absolute nightmare.
