Dripping Mixer Tap

Just replaced both ceramic valves on a mixer tap and it is still dripping. I think it's from the hot water spout/pipe. It is a constant dripping that is so annoying. I finally came around to trying to sort this and to no avail. Any suggestion please? Thanks
